General Santos City

Welcome to General Santos City. When I set foot in General Santos City it's like home, away from home. It has General Santos City International Airport where you could easily access the place by plane.

Known to have the fastest growing economy in the province. And also known to produce large high standard yellow fin Tuna.

Tuna fishes are abundant in General Santos City, it is usually used for sashimi or sushi. The economy in GenSan mostly runs in fish exportation.
Surrounded by different companies which specialize in the production of export standard Tuna.

GenSan Tuna Festival is a celebration of the abundance of Tuna fishes in General Santos City. GenSan is the short name of general santos by the locals. The celebration happens every 5th day of September, where you can experience and taste different dishes of Tuna.

This is also where the boxing champ came from, Manny Pacquaio, where he put up his own fitness gym.

Puerto Princesa, Palawan, Top 3 Restaurants

Recommended restaurants in Puerto Princesa

1.KaLui Restaurant
One of the best restuarants in the city where it serves sumptuous dishes. You need to have your reservation by calling to their resto before you go there.
It serves an appetizer and main course good for two. But if you came in group, it has also choices for family/group meals.
You cannot enter the restaurant wearing your shoes or slippers. You need to remove and walk inside the resto without foot wears. They have lockers where to keep your foot wears.

2. Bilao at Palayok Restaurant

Best boodle fight in town is here. Delicious delicacies and sea foods. You can actually recognize their restaurant with the giant palayok outside the place.

3. Ogong Rock Grill and Seafood Bar

Serves different types of sea foods and also typical Filipino foods at reasonable prices, enough to enjoy your meals. Tamilok or worm-like sea foods were also being served here if you wanna try exotic foods.
Along with the delicious foods, an acoustic singer will sing a song for you to enjoy the night.
