Jet Lag



Prevention Tips and Jet Lag Remedies 

  • Avoid taking pills because in fact it can make the jet lag worse.
  •  Drink lots of fluids during and after the flight because dehydration is the major cause of jet lag. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of non-alcoholic, non-caffeinated fluids
  • Exercise while on the flight as much as you are awake.
  • Free your feet. Just making yourself comfortable with those easy to slip shoes.
  • Bring with you your neck pillow for a comfortable nap.
  • Recline your seat but be sensitive to other passenger especially those who are seated behind you.
  • Have a nap as much as possible during the flight. 
  • Avoid caffeine especially on a day time flight because you will find it harder to sleep if you have taken caffeine.
